Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Jeremy Wilkins, married last weekend.
The aim of today's match was to organise a fixture for the Dauntsey's 2020 1st XI players who had missed the whole of their season. Not all of the original XI were available and a few places were filled by current pupils however it promised, thanks to the heroic efforts
This was an inaugural match for the Queries for which both teams were 'oversubscribed' demonstrating how keen people are to play in these exceptional times. Queries won the toss and inserted their hosts, making a very promising start as skipper Rupert Bagnall bowled one opener in the 3rd over, and
Playing the Gunners at Larkhill can often seem a daunting challenge to new or younger Queries. The Gunners travel from all over for this match, and today was no exception with some of their players travelling from Newcastle! As they are preparing for their major fixture against the Royal Engineers
7 years of century-less Query cricket was put right yesterday as Tom Shaw hit 133 in the match against The Frogs CC at the Tidworth Ground. The last time Tom "got the ton" was in 2013 when he scored 138 against The Grannies CC at Devizes.

In a 35 over game on a hot day, we were set the target of 167 to win, and then set off at a decent pace of 8 an over. When the top order was out - Jack Bramwell 19, Ali Coupe 24 and Will Chapman 36 - there followed
Today we played The Incogniti CC at the Tidworth ground. A team of experience and youth lead by Tom Shaw who lost the toss and was put in the field. Perhaps the Incogniti regretted that decision when they were 2 down for 11 runs after just 18 minutes Olly Illingworth
We kicked off the Covid-affected 2020 season with a game against Potterne u19s, thanks to the initiative of Ged Montgomery who manages them. They won the toss, batted, and made it to 165 for 9 in their 30 overs. Well done to Will Pembroke and Josh Kelly and
