Potterne was too strong on the day and easily reached the Queries target of 203. A 35 over game was played and only two of the Queries batsmen got some decent runs under their belt, Ben McGowan with a quick-fire 38 and Sumith Surendran with 40. For our bowlers, Paul Sullivan took 2, McGowan took one, and new young candidate Seb Robertson was very excited when he bowled Wiltshire player N Clark! Sadly the score book was so badly kept that most of the scores are not there, and we do not know the margin of the Potterne victory.
